Hello Spring!!!

Wow, Spring is finally here! I am so excited to see the grass turning green and hopefully some beautiful spring flowers will be blooming soon...... And hopefully some homes in Whispering Woods will be getting contracts! There is a new listing in Whispering Woods....my house. I have decided to list it for a little while and see what kind of acitivity we get....we have mixed emotions about possibly selling because we love Whispering Woods so much and it just feels like "home", so we will see what happens. I have the house listed for $239,000 and it is 2500 sq.ft and is loaded with upgrades. Ben and I laugh because there are 8 sinks in the home....we have double vanities in the master, 1 in the powder room, 1 in the garage, 1 in the butlers pantry, 1 in the kitchen, 1 in guest bath, and 1 in the wet bar in media room......not for sure why we needed that many, but it is nice.
